Ottimo davvero stimolante con contenuti ottimi e credo sia stato incredibile davvero moltissimo mi è piaciuto e penso lo rifarei un’altra volta anche se per un’altra posizione. Vediamo come andrà
- What do you like to do in your free time?
UX Designer
Super easy first step: record a couple of answers and submit them on LinkedIn. You can retake as many times as you want. After that, there's a 30-minute phone call with the CEO, which is very casual.
- Can you share details about your past work experience?
Director of Brand Development
The interview process felt disorganized and like a waste of time. The COO, Paul Hsu, seemed like a psychopath with a fake smile. He was unqualified to interview, even admitting he didn't know much about marketing due to his finance background. Company leadership shouldn't make such comments, as it undermines credibility. Candidates' time should not be wasted with poorly prepared interviews.
- Could you describe your responsibilities as a brand manager?
Commerce Associate
It was a really informative and long interview process. I spoke with 4 different people who asked me a variety of questions. They also told me more about the job and assessed my personality and teamwork skills.
