The interview process was very professional and one of the toughest I've experienced. Since most of the team is located in Ukraine, the interviews were scheduled according to US time zones. My entire interview process was completed within a single week.

I applied online and the recruiter got back to me about a week later. They asked some assessment-type questions to speed things up, which I answered within 24 hours. The recruiter responded the same day, mentioning that the next steps involved a call with them and a technical interview, and that I should schedule using a provided link. The earliest slot was a week away, so I booked it and sent some follow-up questions. Unfortunately, I didn't get a reply to my questions, and the recruiter canceled our scheduled call just an hour before it was supposed to happen. A few days later, I received a standard email saying the position was filled. It was pretty unprofessional for the recruiter to make me think I was still in the running and then cancel last minute with no explanation.

Had a couple of phone interviews. First one was with the QA lead. If I passed that, then the second and final phone interview was set up. The QA lead joined for a bit with some other QA folks who asked questions. Heard back from the recruiter within two weeks.
