- Salary?
- Vacation?
- Why fanactics?
Operations Supervisor
I went through 3 phone interviews with Fanatics and then they flew me out to Jacksonville for an in-person interview. They kept telling me I was the front runner but I didn't get the offer in the end. To make things worse, they didn't even send me the travel money they promised. It was a really bad experience overall.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Operations Supervisor
It was a phone interview. The interview started with introductions, then they asked questions, and I got to ask my questions at the end. The GM and senior operations manager were there and they were super nice and friendly. Make sure to do your homework and know the company because they'll expect it.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict?
