The recruiter call was misleading about the actual job responsibilities, even though the recruiter was friendly. When I tried to schedule further interviews, I emailed the recruiting team with questions and they never responded. During the actual interview, the interviewer was unprofessional in their dress, surroundings, and use of technology. Because I was misled about the role's responsibilities, I was unprepared for the interview that actually occurred.

The whole thing took about 2 weeks and went super smooth. First, I had a call with the recruiter, then I went onsite for interviews with 5 different people. Each interview was 30 minutes long and had a mix of technical and non-technical questions. After that, I had another onsite interview with the upper management for the team I'd be joining. I got the offer 2 days later.

Had an initial phone chat with a really nice manager. They were super open and gave me the lowdown on the job, what I'd be doing, and how I could grow. Then, I had a second interview where they tested my ability to look at and break down some paid advertising data, like cost per click.
