The interviewer was very friendly and listened patiently to everything I said, even though English isn't my first language and I was nervous. They were also very clear about the timeline and what they expected.

Behavioral Technical Case

Got contacted by the company a few days after I applied to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty chill, and I had a good chat with the recruiter. After that, I was invited to a video interview, which was about 2.5 hours long. I met with 5 people from the marketing team. Mostly standard interview questions, but the last two folks gave me some assessments to do. One was a business logic assessment and the other was a digital marketing assessment. Both were tough, and they wanted me to share my thoughts, like there wasn't a single right or wrong way to do them. Didn't end up getting the job, but it was a cool experience.

Behavioral Other

Had a regular screening phone interview where I tried my best, but the interviewer didn't even prepare for it. There were long pauses, unclear questions, and they seemed bored talking to me. Kind of makes you wonder how they treat their actual employees with that attitude towards potential hires.
