Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fanatics.
Customer Service Agent
It was a 3 interview process. The first interview was a phone call, and then there were 2 more interviews over zoom. I started a couple weeks after that. I met with 2-3 managers and the first call was with a recruiter. Overall, it was a good process.
- Can you share about your previous experience and what your goals and passions are?
Customer Service Representative
Went through 3 interviews for this entry level job. First with the recruiter, then the manager, and finally the director. The purpose of these interviews was to get to know me better and see if I was a good fit for the position, and how my resume matched the responsibilities. Unfortunately, the director cut the interview short and they passed on me. The reasoning for declining felt fake and made up. Very disappointed with how it was handled, especially after so many interviews.
- Describe a situation where you faced adversity and how you completed your task.
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process is pretty fast. You'll typically have 1-2 interviews. They do phone and in-person interviews. The initial training is in the office, but after that, if your performance is good, you can work from home.
- Could you tell me about your biggest strength?
- What would you consider your greatest weakness?
