Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very detailed and the interviewer was friendly. The benefits are great, including 401k, vacation, and PTO, and the work is flexible. They have multiple locations in New York and New York City. You need to know how to use a computer, iPad, and Dayforce workbench, and be familiar with hiring and firing. The pay looks good too. The next step is to interview with another manager.

The interview was quick and short. The manager informed me that the job hours are performance-based, meaning my hours could fluctuate between full-time and part-time. Given my financial obligations like a mortgage and car payment, I decided to decline the offer as it was not suitable for my needs.

Applied online and a few days later I got a call about an interview. Had a standard interview with one manager, and then moved on to the district manager. Met with the district manager after they contacted my references.
