The interview process is long and drawn out. You start with a phone interview with HR for general screening and to go over details for the formal interview. Then you meet the Branch Manager and Warehouse Supervisor. It's pretty laid back, mostly discussing culture and work environment to see if you fit in. After that, there's a wait of a week or more. If they liked you, they'll call you back for another interview, either in person or via Skype, with a regional manager. If he likes you, you'll take a drug test and a physical. If you pass those, you'll hear back in about a week or more about whether you're hired. I also had to take a driving test as a third interview. In total, the process took over a month, and by the time I got the job offer, I was unsure if I would even be hired.

It was easy and friendly. We had a quick 15 minute phone call first, then an in person interview. Nothing too hard, they just asked about my job history, attendance, and qualifications. We also toured the warehouse. The in-person part lasted about 45 minutes, and the interviewer was nice.

The first call was with HR and went okay. We chatted about the job and my background and it seemed like a good match. The second interview over Zoom was a mess. Two HR people didn't show up, and the new Regional Manager seemed totally unprepared and didn't even have my resume.
