First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Familylinks.
Intern
It was a really smooth interview process, felt like a natural conversation. They asked the usual questions but gave me plenty of space to answer. I'd suggest this company for anyone looking for an internship, it was a good experience.
- Why did you choose to apply to familylinks?
Administrative
The interview was pretty standard with the usual questions. They asked some stuff about me and some about the role. It was a really chill and easy interview.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Why did you decide to apply for this position?
Multiple Positions
The interview process was really professional. They made sure all the info they asked for was directly related to the job. It included a review of my background with questions about it. Since I work in healthcare, I also had to do a drug test, get multiple levels of clearance because of state and federal rules, have a personal interview, and a physical. It was pretty much what I expected for this kind of job.
- How do you think Familylinks can use your skills in the role you're seeking?
