First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Family Support Center.
Registered Behavior Technician
The interview process was really quick and everyone was friendly. They asked me about my past experience and background. The person interviewing me was actually an RBT who had been promoted to a manager. It felt like an easy interview, even though the job itself is tough but really rewarding.
- Could you tell me about your educational background, including where you studied and what you majored in?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was pretty straightforward and the interviewer was nice. A lot of things are done over zoom now but it was still pretty smooth. I've read some reviews for the job and now I have more questions but hopefully I will be able to ask them.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
Registered Behavior Technician
The interview process involved a lot of questions about client scenarios. They also asked a lot about schedules and availability. Overall, it was a good interview process and I'd recommend going through with it.
- How would you navigate ethical questions related to real-life client situations?
