it was very fast i was told i have too much experience and they were looking for somebody they could mold, but yet they loved my answers and energy, why would u want somebody u have to train vs somebody who knows the job and has the experience for it
- Can you tell me about your experience in the restaurant industry?
Server
The hiring process is very straightforward, you basically show up and you'll likely get the job. They have a lot of people coming and going. The staff are nice, but the management's disorganization causes other issues to be disorganized too. I think they really need to learn to focus and prioritize on things that actually impact the job and how the stores run.
- Can you tell me about your availability to work?
Waitress
The interview process was very good and friendly. They were honest and got started immediately. Everyone is hardworking. There are good customers and you can earn tips. The cooks are friendly too. There's a friendly contest among co-workers to win cash prizes. It's just a friendly environment with co-workers, cooks, and management.
- What makes you want to work here?
