It was pretty chill, particularly if you're new to the field. Make sure you have some real-life stories about mental health ready to go. Using the STAR method for your answers is key. You should also be ready to talk about how you'd work with people who have severe mental health issues. Knowing about different CBT evidence-based methods will definitely make you stand out.

The interview was pretty simple since I'm a new grad. They needed to hire someone fast, and it seemed like they had a lot of people leaving. I was asked about my schooling, my volunteer work, and why I was interested in the job. They also did a behavioral type of interview with situation-based questions, like 'if this, then what?'
