Navigation Center
The interview process was straightforward and the place was nice for an interview. However, having to do tests to be considered for an interview was a bit different and slightly annoying. I wasn't expecting to work in a call center environment.
- What do you know about us?
Certified Medical Assistant
After I did an online assessment testing my medical terminology and basic health knowledge, they emailed me to set up an interview. They sent a link for an online meeting, which was pretty quick. They explained the position and what they were looking for, then asked me a bunch of questions about my skills, what I've learned, how I've handled a bad situation, and how I do with feedback. After we were done, they said they would contact me in a few days about their decision.
- What's your take on feedback and how do you manage it?
Medical Assistant
I interviewed with four different departments simultaneously at their main Fresno location. It went well, and all the department managers were impressed by how calm I remained during the interview. They asked very basic questions. So, good luck to anyone interviewing with them, and make sure to research the company first!
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- What do you consider your biggest strength?
- What do you consider your biggest weakness?
Network Technician
I went through 3 interviews for no clear reason, only to be hired. Later, I found out from a coworker that it was between me and one other person, and most people voted for the other candidate. Despite that, I was hired anyway and then treated poorly.
