Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Family First Life.
Sales Associate
First I got an email with some videos from the CEO and a company overview. Then we set up a second call where they asked me some questions, wanted to know more about me, and then I got to ask them questions.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- Just to confirm, you understand that this is a 100% commission-based role, correct?
- And are you aware that our company offers the highest compensation in the industry?
Sales Associate
Had a phone chat with the recruiter, who really knew their stuff about the job and answered everything clearly. It's for insurance and other products. They were friendly and asked direct questions, which made me feel comfortable enough to be totally honest.
- Can you tell me about any past commission-based roles you've held?
Sales Associate
The interview was a few questions about whether I wanted to work for them and a quick overview. They said they'd be in touch, but I wanted to learn more about the company first.
- Were you open to a sales role?
