Behavioral Technical Other

I had two interviews. Both times I showed up and employees had no idea what was going on. I showed up for my first interview and the managers weren't even onsite. Someone else had apparently cancelled and they crossed off the wrong person. During my second interview the focus was much more on how much weight I could lift. That's fine but I'd rather just show then to be continuously doubting me.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied by sending an email to the Company as stated on their website. I was granted an interview with a Store Manager and then the Area Manager within two weeks of applying. I was asked basic questions and a history of the company was provided. There were many questions regarding my previous experience. These professionals are easy to talk to and are not the usual hard sell on the Company. Professional, friendly and truly caring in the manner they deal with you. You can not help but respect these people and they make you feel respected too.

So basically there was a one on one interview with the assistant manager and then another one on one with the manager, but they were on separate occasions.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a quick chat with someone who would have been a peer. Then, there was a video interview with the Regional Manager and an HR person. The second interview was a bit strange because the HR person was late and seemed to be driving. It wasn't a super organized interview process.
