I interviewed and got turned down initially, but then they called back and changed their mind and hired me. They asked what I knew about the agency, so study up. The work can be stressful, so they want to know how you handle stress, like your self care and work-life balance. They also asked about your relevant experience, how you handle difficult situations, your greatest strength and weakness, etc.
