The job interview is a key part of the hiring process, and it usually happens in a few stages. First, there's an intro, where we make first contact and introduce ourselves. Then, there's the evaluation stage, where we ask questions about your experience, skills, and why you want the job. Finally, we wrap up by giving you info about the company and the role, and we talk about what's next. It's super important for you to get ready by checking out the company and thinking about your own background and abilities. When we talk, make sure you answer clearly and consistently, ask good questions, and act professionally.

The process was very long, with several steps over 7/8 days. The first step was an interview with the store manager, followed by 2-3 interviews with directors and the area manager. The selection process took about 20 days.

Sehr nett und freundlicher Empfang, es wurde sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben sich einen Einblick über den Aufgabenbereich zu geben. Typische Fragen, warum der Wechsel. Der Werdegang aber keine unangenehmen Fragen. Ich hab mich Wohl gefühlt. Es gab auch einen Einblick in den Bereich und es wurde eine angemessene Einarbeitung angeboten.

The interview process starts with a written test, followed by several group tasks with other applicants. It's a two-stage test, requiring two visits and no travel reimbursement. However, snacks and drinks are provided during breaks. Various tasks are involved, including writing complaint letters and team activities where you have to find solutions together. After one to two months, you'll get feedback on the first test. If you pass, you proceed to the second test. If you pass that, a phone call will take place two weeks later, after which you'll be informed if you are accepted.
