It was a chatty process. Two managers asked me questions about design related to the machines they work with. They asked about my skills and experience in machine design. We also had lunch, which was good.

I got contacted a few days after applying, and I did a phone screen. Then, they invited me in for my first interview, which lasted about 2 hours. I met with the customer service manager and the HR manager. The following week, I was invited back for a second interview where I met with the Purchasing manager and two current customer service agents. This second interview also took about 2 hours, making the total interview time around 4 hours. The interviews were pretty conversational, which was nice. The customer service manager and HR manager shared a lot of good information about the company.
