Jovem Aprendiz
The process was easy for an entry-level market. I felt very comfortable in the environment and excited. The leaders clarified the whole process, all the steps, and the team was also introduced to clarify everything.
- What are your aspirations after this program?
E-Commerce Manager
I had a phone call with a hiring person at UMG, and a few days later, they emailed to arrange an in-person interview at their Philadelphia office. The in-person interview involved meeting two people from the department I was applying to. The initial interview seemed okay, but I didn't have contact details for the interviewers. I followed up with the initial phone contact, who mentioned he'd let me know about the position or provide feedback if I didn't get it. After that, I didn't hear anything back, which was a bit disappointing as some feedback would have been appreciated.
- Were any of your past roles focused on project management?
- How would you handle a situation where you have two distinct projects, each requiring several hours of work, but you only have one hour to finish both?
Digital Marketing Associate
I had a quick phone chat with the VP of biz dev, then I went in for an interview with my potential manager and another account manager. It was about 20 minutes long. Afterwards, they told me about a test project to do in the next few days.
- Can you share an instance where you pitched a new technology to a client and successfully managed the project to completion?
Paid Media Assistant
First, I had a phone interview, and then there was an in-person interview that was really casual. The in-person turned into more of a conversation, which made it less stressful. I got a response within a week after the interview.
- Could you tell me about some of your duties in your previous role?
