Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fallon Worldwide.
Intern
The interview was really chill and laid back. First, I talked to the recruiter. Then, I met with the person in charge of the internship program. Finally, I had a chat with a creative director because it's a creative role. They mainly wanted to see who I am, so just be yourself!
- How did you get into advertising?
- Tell me about your hobbies.
- It's important to be familiar with Fallon and their past work.
Intern
Applied in February and didn't hear back until April. You first talk with a recruiter, then typically interview with one of two employees running the program and someone in your desired department. There is a lengthy waiting period.
- What experience do you have?
- How do you communicate?
Intern
It was a quick, pretty standard interview, felt conversational. I met a few people on the same day. They really seemed to want to get a feel for my personality. The vibe was super friendly and warm.
- What drives you to apply for this role?
- How would you describe your work style?
- What's your personality like?
