Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fallon Ambulance Service.
EMT-B
The interview process is pretty easy and straightforward. Most people get hired, especially if they're new to EMS. They'll let you know what to expect and ask why you're interested in joining. You apply online, and then they'll give you a call. They're always on the lookout for paramedics in particular. They need to see that you're interactive, willing to work the required hours, and capable of handling the daily routine.

I applied online and was able to set up an interview right away. The person I spoke with was super nice and the whole thing was fast and easy. They told me I got the job right then and then gave me a bunch of info about the company and how the training works. My interview was a phone call because of COVID.

It was a pretty chill interview, and the person I spoke with was super nice. I had to fill out a survey before they called me for the main interview, which took about a month. The interview itself was easy, and the interviewer was really friendly.
