First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Falconwood.
Engineer
The interview happened in Crystal City, VA. It was a bit tricky finding the specific high-rise building, but the team was helpful in guiding me there. Everyone seemed really friendly and knowledgeable, like they had actual experts for the role. They asked me to talk about my past jobs, what my favorites were, and how I'd handle certain hypothetical situations.
- What are your long-term career goals with this company?
Analyst
First up was a phone call, pretty basic. Then the in-person interview, which was formal but still relaxed. It was a panel interview with a few managers in person and some joining via phone. They were all very professional and nice people. They talked about the position and the company before starting the interview questions, and they asked if I had any questions at the end. Overall, a really great experience with nice people.
- Were there any questions about your resume?
Logistics
Leadership met with me and made every effort to maintain open communication. It was sincerely impressive and I felt comfortable with the questions. No complaints with the interview process. The team lead was present for questions. They were really friendly and straight forward in the job requirements.
- What do I find important?
