It was a laid-back, easygoing interview. The manager and other associates were friendly and easy to talk to. They were punctual, and it was simple to submit my resume and set up an interview. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. They followed up and offered me the job, starting the following week on the day shift.

I applied online and received a prompt confirmation email from HR acknowledging my application and appreciating my interest. Subsequently, I had a Skype video call with the HR Director, which involved a very interesting and challenging interview with unique questions that made sense and felt more like a discussion than a test. The HR Manager made me feel comfortable. After that, I had a great call with the CEO. Although I didn't get the job, the recruiting experience was positive.

The whole process went by fast and was really well organized. I had four meetings back-to-back, each lasting 30 minutes. I met with the person who would directly report to me, two line managers, and one person from HR. Everything from when I arrived to when I left was super smooth. There's a lot of change happening with middle management right now, and it seems like the long-term employees are having a tough time adjusting, especially in this economy. It kind of felt like the inmates were running the asylum.

The overall experience was really good. They kept me updated the whole time. I had a really interesting chat with their HR Director who is based in Europe. During the video call, he seemed genuinely interested in what I was looking for and was able to answer all my questions. It wasn't a typical, dull interview at all. Thanks!
