First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FALCON.
Analyst
It was a month-long interview process that happened over the holidays. They were respectful of my time and asked good questions. I had 3 interviews with VPs and the Hiring Manager. I was given a case study to work on. The final 4th interview included everyone I had spoken to, and it seemed to go well. I didn't get an offer, and the feedback I received was not great, basically saying they wanted someone with more rigor.
- Can you explain how you align with Falcon's core values and how you track your own professional development?
- In what ways do your personal values align with those of Falcon, and what methods do you use to assess your own growth?
Analyst
The interview process included a phone screener and three additional rounds. The first round focused on core values and past experiences. The second round, with a partner, was the most challenging, assessing your thinking process. The final round involved a group of firm members, primarily to gauge cultural fit. Falcon respects your time; the entire process was completed in under a month.
- What are your core values?
- Can you tell me about your experiences?
- How do you approach problem-solving and thinking?
Intern
I applied via my college recruiting board and then got an email for a first phone screen. It was 30 minutes with the Partner. Mostly fit questions like why Integis and what interested me in the firm. Then, a video interview with someone else at the firm, which also had more fit questions. They are an executive search firm, so they're really good at and used to interviewing candidates, so make sure your answers are direct and to the point.
- Could you tell me why you're interested in Integis?
- What aspects of our firm particularly caught your attention?
Intern
The interview process includes one main hour-long call with a partner. They want to get a feel for your personality to see if you would be a cultural fit within the office. They mainly recruit from top universities, but with illustrated persistence, you might be able to attain an interview if you are outside of the Ivys and like schools.
- Tell me about a time you faced adversity and how you dealt with it.
