Had a Zoom interview. Was asked broad questions like 'tell me about yourself'. Then was given multiple scenarios with no prior notice or explanation. Interviewed by a medic and a Nurse. The scenarios seemed related to flight nursing, not typical CCT roles or EMS protocols.

I showed up for the open interviews and a manager greeted me. After signing in, I had to fill out the background authorization, application, and pre-employment test. Once I finished those, I was interviewed on a first come first serve basis, which was a nice change from the usual scheduled times.
