Finance Business Partner
So first I had a call to make sure we were on the same page about what the job entails. Then they sent me a link for a personality test and a cognitive test. After that, I had two in-person interviews. It was a pretty standard process overall. The personality and cognitive tests were moderately challenging.

Confidential Profile
Had 3 interviews which were repetitive, with little clarity about the position. Lack of transparency, which at first I thought was due to it being a new position. The process ended with a lack of communication, which seemed like a lack of respect. Overwork and a toxic work environment are evident. At least in the office.
- Tell me about your professional experience.
- Focus on your personal life.
Program Manager
First, I had an interview with an HR Consultant to go over my CV. Then, I interviewed with the HR Director where I talked about my experience, interests, and professional challenges. Finally, I had an interview with the General Director to see if I fit with the company and its management.
- Tell me about your experience, interests, professional challenges, and values.
- Describe your background and professional history.
- What are your main interests?
Transformation Manager
The interview process was communicated very clearly and was straightforward. First, there was a short Zoom interview. Then, I had to complete a logical and behavioral test. The results of this test were used as the starting point for the second, longer interview, which was in person. The hiring manager and an HR manager led this discussion. The HR manager guided the conversation in such a way that it didn't feel like an interrogation; I felt very seen and appreciated throughout the entire process.
