Customer Success Manager
This phone screening was really wild, like nothing I've experienced before. It was super short, only about 3 or 4 minutes total. They asked me 3 simple questions and basically moved on to the next scripted question before I could even finish answering. It seemed like the person on the other end wasn't really listening and just wanted to get through the call quickly. When I tried to ask about the job, they just told me to check the website. I had seen the negative reviews beforehand, but I was still really into the company because the service sounded amazing. With my 10+ years in Cyber Security, I figured I'd be a good fit. But based on the generic email I got back, I guess I'm not what they're looking for.

Customer Success Manager
So I had an interview for a CSM role at Fairwarning. The Talent Acquisition Manager was 15 minutes late to our call, and then she only asked me 2 questions before rushing me off the phone. I have over 10 years of experience as a CSM and was fully qualified. I wasn't really given a chance to talk about my experience, and she didn't explain what the role involved or give any company background.

Customer Success Manager
The hiring process took a couple weeks, mainly due to coordinating the in-person interview with 6 people. The three phone interviews were done in one week, with two on the same day. During the in-person interview, I met with 5 people, including the CEO. Everyone was nice and appreciated my time. It was clear they wanted to find the right fit for the company, which explains the long and intense process. I had to create a presentation, which helped me learn a lot about the company. Overall, it was a tough but worthwhile experience.
