Business Development Specialist
The interview process was pretty unclear about what they were looking for. There were 3 phone interviews and then 2 in-person. It felt like every interview was the same, with really general questions that weren't specific to the actual job. I interviewed with someone from marketing, and they were literally on their phone texting while I was talking, which I thought was unprofessional. Most of the people didn't seem very genuine.
- Can you share the biggest challenge you've faced and how you overcame it?

The interview process is different from most companies, but in a good way. Instead of focusing directly on your resume, they take the time to get to know you. Since it is a rather long interview process, this gives them a good amount of time to speak with you over several occasions and grow a relationship. That is one of the main reasons I was so excited to join the team, the interviewers really make you feel comfortable, and take the time to get to know you on a personal level. My advice is to simply be yourself. If you are a hard worker, who has a passion for changing lives, helping others, and pushing yourself, this is definitely the job for you. Good Luck!!
- It's more of a conversation, yes they do have the typical interview questions, but I'm sure every interview is different so the questions will vary.
Business Development Specialist
Started with a recruiter call that was good, but then the phone screen was really bad. They tried to rush a 30 minute interview into 10 minutes with generic questions and no real interest in my answers. It felt like a waste of time. The only good part was the first in person interview.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Why are you interested in this role?
