It was the strangest interview I've ever had. They interviewed me for about 5 minutes, and it felt really rushed. Nobody was at the table, and they hadn't even looked at my resume beforehand.

When I got to the location, I had to do a computer test with random scenarios and ethical questions. If you passed, you would then have an in-person interview. However, the test is through a third-party, so it has a high fail rate and it's hard to know how to pass it. If you failed, they told me to come back in six months and try again, but I think the hiring process is rigged and a waste of time.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I don't recall the specific questions from the computer test, which lasted a little over an hour and covered various scenarios and ethical dilemmas.

I got a call from the Director of Risk Management who would be my boss. We set up an in person interview for the next week. When I got there, she was late and we had to find a room. The interview went okay, she asked about my schooling and past jobs. We talked about QA stuff and how I'd deal with different scenarios and how good I am with Word, Excel, etc. She gave a general idea of the job and what a typical day would be like. She said she'd let me know in 7 days. She walked me out and we chatted. I sent a thank you email after, highlighting my skills. 7 days passed, then 10, and no word. I called her since she gave me her card. She didn't call back or email. A few weeks later, I saw the same job posted with a recruiter's info. I asked the recruiter if I was out if they re-posted it and I hadn't heard anything. The recruiter didn't respond. After a month, they hired someone and I never got any notification. I get that the hired person was qualified, but it would have been nice to get a heads up after the long interview.
