It was a pretty standard interview process, felt very conversational. There were a lot of follow-up meetings and a good amount of back-and-forth via email. Since it's a pretty specialized role, this felt completely normal, and the archives team had a good vibe, so I didn't feel put off by it.

It was a great interview process and they laid out the responsibilities and benefits clearly. I would definitely recommend interviewing with them. It was nice that the interview was with a friendly staff member who was able to share their direct experience.

Had a quick Zoom chat with some Directors or Career Center folks. They wanted to know about my familiarity with Canva and other social media platforms. It included a few behavioral questions, plus some casual, fun questions. It was pretty easy, relaxed, and not stressful at all.

Behavioral Technical

An HR coordinator got in touch about a week and a half after I applied to set up an interview. The first interview was 30 minutes long with a Director and an Assistant VP. They were both really friendly and the interview felt pretty laid-back, though they did ask some standard questions. They said I'd hear back within a week either way. Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything from HR, so I reached out to the same coordinator for an update, honestly not expecting good news. A different HR person replied two days later saying I wasn't moving forward. It honestly felt like they never planned on informing me.
