Guest Services Agent
Standard interview questions and asked what would you do in this situation type stuff. Also asked how would you handle a difficult customer. Or How have you handled a difficult situation.
- What would you do if a customer was being difficult?
- What would you do in a given situation?
- How do you handle a difficult customer?
Business Analyst
We look at your application, then have an initial chat. After that, you'll have one or more interviews, which could be by phone, video, or in person. Sometimes we give a skills test or a case study. Then we make our final decision and let you know if we're making an offer or not.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with conflict with a coworker.
Front Desk Receptionist
It felt professional but also relaxed. The person interviewing me was very nice and showed up on time. The questions were pretty standard for an entry-level position. The job itself was fairly easy, and I enjoyed my time working there. It's a laid-back role where you meet great people, and the work isn't very physical.
- Tell me about your weaknesses.
- What about your strengths?
Manager
It wasn't a formal interview at all, but it was pretty easy. The atmosphere was calm. The manager I spoke with was great, but the management company itself was terrible. They had really long hours and overworked and underpaid all of their staff.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What are you seeking in a new role?
