I started off with a phone interview which was easy and then a in person interview with the finance and accounting team which went well. Just asked questions based on customer service and billing knowledge. The next interview was diversity interview ironically I was only minority in the interview but it still went well. The last interview was the WORST. I was interviewed by a very egotistic rude president by name of Dr. Sarac. I was asked questions that had nothing to do with interview and was interupted EVERY time trying to answer questions. I can tell before interview started he didn't like me and he talked down to me the whole interview. This was terrible interview and I know for 100 percent I wouldve got the job if I never met this terrible individual Dr. Sarac and all the reviews are accurate about this man.

Applied online via the website. I reached out to the HR manager directly to follow up, and she was super helpful and gave me more info on career advancement opportunities at the University. Then I had a group interview and a writing test, which I felt went well. They asked about my resume, previous experience, my interest in the role, current activities, and salary expectations. I was pretty sure I'd get an offer because the questions seemed to imply it.

HR contacted me a week after I filed the online application. A telephone interview was scheduled with the department head but the interviewer missed the appointment without notice. I had to contact HR myself to ask to be rescheduled. The interview was a skill review which lasted about twenty minutes. the interviewer seemed unprepared and had clearly not read through the resume before making the call. Questions asked were repetitive.
