The interview process consisted of two virtual meetings. The first round was a 30-minute meeting with three interviewers, and the second round was a 60-minute meeting, also with three interviewers. There was about two weeks between the two rounds. After the interviews, I was notified several weeks later that I wasn't selected.

We talked about my past experiences and what I was looking to get out of this internship. The interviewer was nice and asked stuff that related to the job. I liked how it all went and got a response pretty fast, and they kept me in the loop during the whole thing.

Behavioral Group

It was a panel interview with three people on the panel. They rarely looked up because they were busy taking notes. It's best to answer thoroughly and be a bit long-winded; the more you talk, the better. Sometimes they'll bring you back for a second interview if there are multiple finalists. The whole process after the interview can take anywhere from a month to nine months.

Technical Other

To get hired as a lifeguard, you first have to pass a physical test. This involves swimming 100 yards, treading water for 1 minute with your hands and then another minute without, and then diving to the bottom of the pool to grab a 10-pound brick. After that, there's a week-long training program where you get certified in CPR and AED.
