First, I had a chat with a recruiter about the job details. She gave me a good overview and answered everything I asked. Then, I spoke with someone who's a lead at the place. Overall, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Technical

I was emailing with the CMO, and after I sent my resume and cover letter, she took about a week to respond and wouldn't answer all my questions. She scheduled an interview without checking if I was free, and when I told her I wasn't, she didn't reply for days. Then she asked if I could do a quick call in less than an hour, which was really inconsiderate. The interview itself was okay; she asked about my experience and skills, but no technical questions. I asked some questions, but she cut me off and said HR would send a technical assessment. I was excited, but then HR contacted me two days later to say they weren't moving forward, even though I'd only been talking to the CMO. They didn't offer the technical assessment, which was disappointing and a waste of my time.
