The interview process had two main parts. First, a meeting with the hiring manager to see if you could make a good impression. Then, a shadowing session where you'd see the actual job and follow a representative around.

I applied online via Handshake and then got a call from HR for an interview a few days later. The first interview was in person with the boss, and he just asked basic interview questions. After passing that, I had a second interview. This one involved meeting a team leader, and we went to a nearby Starbucks to chat about what Fair Dinkum does and how the jobs work. The team leader went over the pay for each role and the advancement opportunities. Afterwards, we visited a Walmart where they have their products and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. That was the end of the second interview. Now, I'm just waiting to see if they'll offer me the Account Rep position.

All applicants showed up at the same time, and we had to wait for our turn. It wasn't like a scheduled phone pre-screen. The interviewer was late and seemed rushed and uninterested. They mostly talked themselves, asked hardly any questions, and avoided eye contact.

The process was great, my interviewer really tried to get to know me and my long term goals. He broke everything down for me and answered all of my questions. After the interview he let me shadow and I got to see hands on what the job entailed.
