Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Factorial.
Sales Representative
The interview process was pretty well-structured and professional. They were clear and timely with communication at every stage. The questions they asked were thoughtful and engaging, really encouraging meaningful discussion. The team was warm and welcoming throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a positive and seamless experience.
- Could you share details about your past sales experience and any notable achievements?
- What industries or products have you previously sold, and how do those experiences connect with this position?
- What would you consider your most significant sales accomplishment to date?
Sales Leader
I had a very unprofessional experience, completing 4 stages over 45 days, all with positive feedback. The selection process wasn't clear from the start. After successfully completing a business case they asked for, they disappeared. They didn't even have the decency to give feedback. Absolutely negative experience.
- Tell me about yourself? Develop and present a business case to me.
Sales Operations
I went through 3 interviews for the Sales Operations role in Barcelona. Unfortunately, after the final interview, I got a quick automated rejection. I tried to get some feedback by reaching out to the interviewer, given the time and effort I put in, but never heard back. While I respect their decision, a response would have been courteous after 3 rounds. Due to this lack of basic courtesy, I wouldn't recommend this company.
- What general questions were asked initially?
- Can you describe the data analysis questions from the third interview?
