Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process is broken down into several stages: first, a 30-minute introductory call. Second, a 30-minute role-play where you're given the details of a fictional client and need to prepare. Third, another hour-long role-play, again with fictional client specs (for upselling and churn management) and a software demo to show how you operate with clients, meaning the recruiters. You need to be prepared for this one too. I wish I could tell you what the fourth interview was about. After the third interview, they contacted me for an 'final chat,' scheduled about fifteen days later. On the morning of, they told me they had to postpone because a team member was unwell. Of course, I said no problem and we rescheduled for four days later. So, we get to the day of the final interview, rescheduled for 12:30 PM. At 12:15 PM, they sent me an email (knowing I had taken time off work, for the second time, to attend the call) to say the interview was canceled because they wanted to proceed with other candidates and didn't want to 'waste my time.' Now, putting aside the bitter taste of the missed job opportunity, did they just realize after 4 weeks and 3 interviews that I'm not the most suitable candidate? I don't think so. Does it make sense to reschedule an interview only to cancel it 15 minutes before? I don't think so, it shows a lack of professionalism and respect. Not to mention the excuse of not wanting to waste my time, when I had made my available time known for days. In reality, they were the ones who didn't want to waste time, obviously, but it probably seemed awkward to say it directly, and canceling the meeting 15 minutes before seemed like a better idea. It would have been much more correct and professional to proceed with the interview as planned (giving me the same opportunity as other candidates, as agreed) and then provide a negative feedback, stating that other candidates were a better fit for their needs. They certainly would have come out looking better. They deal with HR software but can't even manage a simple hiring process properly. If this is how they view their employees or potential candidates, I honestly don't think I'm the one who missed out on an opportunity.

I interviewed for an Account Manager role targeting the French market, based in Barcelona. The process has three stages: first, a chat with HR, then an interview with two team leaders, and finally a role-play. I didn't make it past the HR stage, but I had a really good feeling about it. Arnaud, who was handling the recruitment, called me back to give me very detailed and constructive feedback. Honestly, it really helped me with my future job search. It's not often you get that kind of real feedback, so I really appreciated it, even though it didn't work out this time.

It is curious how a company dedicated to the HR sector carries out a selection process that is so unprofessional and, in my opinion, of low quality. After 3 interviews with them I can say that my experience was terrible. I lost interest in working for them after the poor quality of the interviews. Department leads also need training to learn how to interview. Strongly disappointed

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Carry out an onboarding session and defend the platform, which one should not know in depth before joining, against questions from professionals who work on it daily. The role-play is poorly designed. I have 9 years of experience in customer-facing positions and previous experience in software and SaaS, including executing Onboarding processes.
