Beauty Therapist
The trade test went alright, it wasn't too tough. There's another interview round if you pass the first one. The recruiter was pretty nice; she had a lot of other trade tests that day and said she'd let me know in about 2 days.
- What's your motivation for wanting this job?
Trainer
First I talked to a recruiter, and then I moved on to the next interview at one of their locations! It was about an hour long and included a trade test where I had to do a 10-minute facial that was modeled after their facials!
- They asked a lot of core questions.
Personal Trainer
The interview process was really good and fast, straight to the point. They were very understanding, which was great for an entry-level position in esthetics, especially coming from school. Communication was quick.
- Demonstrate the required set of moves for the role.
Talent Coordinator
There were 3 stages in the interview process. The first stage involved culture fit questions. The second stage was an online interview with a Talent Acquisition specialist where they asked about my experience and the types of roles I've hired for. The third stage was a face-to-face interview at the office with the head of the department, who reviewed my CV and asked more in-depth questions about TA techniques, strategies, and processes. Overall, the experience was really positive, and the interviewers were very friendly and welcoming. They were all very responsive and provided feedback, and even though I didn't receive an offer, I genuinely enjoyed the process and would highly recommend this company!
- How would you approach structuring the hiring process for the US market?
