applied and they sent me an email with a design challenge right away before any interview or screening was set up. I completed the designs they asked of me, and then I never heard back. Super unprofessional in my opinion to not even give the curtesy to reply, letting a candidate know they will not be moving on in the interview process especially after wasting their time with design work.

I had a virtual interview with the owner of the franchise. She was very detailed and friendly. I was not happy with the pay structure, especially for an experienced esthetician like myself. I think this will be a problem for other experienced estheticians too, which would be a shame for this brand that's growing.

It was a really thorough process, much more conversational and situational than a typical interview. I really liked that I got to shadow someone working the front bar to truly see what the job would be like. There were multiple steps, but it made me feel like they really wanted me to understand the role.
