The interview was pretty long, took about 3 hours, and I met with the HR Director and the Controller. They asked a bunch of questions, and overall it was a really good experience. They covered a lot of ground with the questions, and it seemed like fitting in with the company culture was the main thing they were looking for.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process is quite lengthy, lasting up to 3 hours, designed to delve into your personality and assess your ability to maintain sharpness and consistency over an extended period. They specifically look for keywords such as 'growth,' your openness to new challenges for self-improvement, and your willingness to take accountability for issues. Blaming others for past problems is a major red flag and will likely disqualify you. The hiring process itself takes a considerable amount of time, leading many candidates to decline offers as they accept positions elsewhere while waiting. The company aims to interview over five candidates during the selection period, contributing to the extended wait times. Be aware that promises made during the interview regarding training and education advancement may not be fulfilled, with scheduling conflicts often cited as a reason for reneging on these commitments.

Behavioral Other

It was a system with three nice people and lasted over 3 hours, but it felt casual. It was held in a conference room and they didn't offer drinks, which made it quite intimidating. Some questions were odd and I didn't get much chance to answer. They want to find better quality help, but the real problem is their own awful atmosphere, not the people they hire. They have a nonchalant attitude during the interview, but are tyrants once you start working there.
