CRM Specialist
The interview process started with a case study, which felt like free work since it was based on their subscription model. After that, I was called in for a final round at their office, but the hiring manager didn't show up because she was sick. Nobody told me or rescheduled. I was really disappointed when the hiring manager went radio silent and didn't seem to value my time after I came to the office. Someone was even staring at their fingernails during the interview, which was super unprofessional. In the end, I was rejected because they found someone with more direct experience in their sector. It hurt because I showed potential with the case study even without that direct experience. I even had to follow up for days to get a response. Considering the time I put in over this month, they didn't value my time with a generic rejection email and no specific feedback. It was a disappointing experience overall and left a bad taste.

Assistant Store Manager
A recruiter from Fabletics reached out to me on LinkedIn for an AM position at one of their stores. We scheduled a phone screen, which went really well. They then moved me to an in-person interview with the store manager. This interview also went great! I didn't hear anything back for a week, so I called the store manager to check on the hiring process and left a message with an employee, but still no response. It's been about a month, and the job is still posted online. I'm confused by people and the hiring process, as I was really looking forward to possibly working there.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to coach someone on the sales floor and explain your approach?
Director of Social Media
The interview process was pretty straightforward and the recruiter explained each step clearly. However, it was a really long process. I had calls with about 4 people from the team before they flew me out for an in-person panel interview with at least 4 more people. The hiring manager gave me a verbal offer on-site, but then took it back. I was then ghosted for weeks. When I followed up, they said they were going in a different direction and sent a generic rejection. I asked for specific feedback, which I felt I deserved after investing so much time.
- What makes you want to join Fabletics?
Influencer Marketing Coordinator
I had a really good experience interviewing with Fabletics. The whole process was organized and professional, but also felt pretty relaxed. The interviewers paid attention and really listened to what I was saying, which made me feel like they cared about my input. They asked interesting, thoughtful questions and gave me a good sense of the company culture and what they're aiming for, making it feel like a team effort and a respectful environment. After the interview, I felt really positive and excited about the possibility of joining the Fabletics team.
- What motivates your interest in working here?
