You simply apply online and then they will email you to set up a time to interview. The building is strangely far away and the only way to enter the building is from the front. However, the front door is locked and someone will have to let you inside the building. Then you have to take a typing test and a reading test.

First, you need to complete an online application which leads to your initial interview. Then, you'll be invited to the office for a typing test and a basic quiz about the company. The interview itself is quite straightforward, focusing on your involvement and what you can bring to the role.

Customer Service Associate
The interview process was good and fair. It started with a phone interview, followed by two meetings with upper management. The atmosphere was professional, and they offer good benefits. I received a letter of intent and then had to complete a minor background check.
