The hiring process took about 9 months in total, with 3 interviews spread out. Two interviews were conducted online, and one was in person. I was informed that the government's pace influences the lengthy hiring timeline, which also impacts work delays and can be quite dull.

It was easy. They provided the interview questions about an hour prior to the interview. You should study them and rehearse your answers. There are about 7 questions in total. They often know who they want to hire already, unfortunately. They sometimes post jobs just for the sake of it. Upward mobility for Admin roles is very restricted.

The interview was thorough but a great experience. I had 8 questions, and some had multiple parts. I took notes during my interview to ensure I spoke to each part of the question. I let my interviewers know that I would be taking notes so they wouldn't feel as though I wasn't paying attention. I had four members on my interview team. There was close to 100 years of service between the four of them. I was very impressed with their knowledge and time spent in their respective positions.
