Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate has good communication skills and is versatile in administrative tasks. Basic knowledge of the structure of compulsory education is required. Excellent command of French (written and verbal communication) is a must, along with good filing and archiving techniques. Proficiency in OUTLOOK, WORD, and EXCEL is expected. Knowledge of ACCESS/TEAMS is a plus. Thorough knowledge of using the phone, photocopier, scanner, and other office equipment is necessary. Ability to work in a team, service-oriented approach, ability to assimilate information, reliability, stress management, work structuring, self-development, conscientiousness, and respect for confidentiality and the code of ethics are all important qualities.

We started with a technical test for the role, and then had an hour-long interview with a panel of HR people and people from the function.
