I was referred by an employee so I skipped the first interview and went straight into a 90 minute technical interview. It was a panel of 4 managers and 1 team lead. They gave me access to a VM they set up and we reviewed different code samples.

Okay so, first I had a call with the Architect/Team Lead and the Manager. The architect was actually pretty cool and asked good questions, but the manager was super rude and seemed to be in a place with terrible reception. We both kept having to ask him to repeat himself. He didn't really try to make the interview better or anything. Then, in the next interview, the manager straight-up started questioning if I was even real or had any actual experience. On top of that, he missed a couple of scheduled calls, and I had to get HR to reschedule. He was just really mean about it.

First, I had a phone interview where they coached me on how to talk to the next person. Then, a second phone interview with a nice lady who made big promises. After that, it was supposed to be an in-person interview. I was told I'd be meeting with someone new, but the woman from the first call introduced me to the second phone interviewer, a younger woman, who started the interview. She asked three accounting questions, which blindsided me. Then she mentioned she had no prior experience and that my degree would be considered. Next, the guy I was originally supposed to meet with showed up. By this point, I was confused. He asked me what I like to do in my spare time while she zoned out and acted like she wasn't just interviewing me. He started giving me details about the role, and I pointed out I'd already asked those questions. They seemed embarrassed and ended the interview. The first phone interviewer emailed me later, saying I was a great candidate but they didn't need to fill the position. Less than a week later, I saw the same job reposted.

I was referred by a friend for what I thought was a managerial position. They scheduled a 30-minute technical interview, but it only lasted about 12 minutes. It turned out to be with two different people than I was told I'd be interviewing with. They seemed uninterested in discussing the position with me. It felt like my interview was just passed off to them on a Friday afternoon, and they made it clear I wasn't what they were looking for.
