The job was described as a full-stack .Net developer role, and the HR manager mentioned this on the phone too. But then, in the phone tech screen, the interviewer asked only about web app performance tuning and web protocols, acting like they were hiring for a DevOps role which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Their whole process is pretty confusing.

The hiring manager met with me briefly. It was a straightforward process that explained the job. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview. I also had to do a quick test about golf basics. Overall, it was a positive experience. They're hiring, so if you can chat and talk on the phone well, you're a good fit. Showing confidence and a desire to learn will impress them.

The process involved 4 stages. It kicked off with an HR phone chat. The second interaction was a call with two managers. Following that, there was a third call with a senior director. The final stage was a presentation delivered to all the aforementioned individuals. After this, I received a standard rejection email.

Had a few chats with different people, including a manager and some peers, where we talked about my previous work and technical abilities. Got the final decision through a call about a week later.
