Short phone interview, talking about the CV, the job, the work life balance of the position and managerial level. No professional questions were asked, only personal interview - very easy level and not so stressful. The interviewer was a young lady that explained the job and duties.

Consisted of two 30-minute interviews. One with the senior manager and one with the partner. They only asked behavioral questions, and both calls were very conversational. The first call is definitely more behavioral, while the partner asks more logistical questions (when will you be CPA eligible, how are your accounting classes, why accounting).

There were 3 stages. First stage was a Teams interview where I talked about my background, went into detail on technical projects I’d worked on and they asked some questions about AI and LLMs. Second stage was a written exercise where I had to discuss a technical project I’d done and set out the technical challenges and how those challenges were solved. Final stage was basically a junior devops-style interview where I had to research container-based deployments, and they asked a lot of follow-up questions beyond the material they’d told me to look into.
