The interviewers were really friendly and welcoming. They mainly asked behavioural questions because they wanted to get to know you as a person. There was also a presentation on a topic they pick on the day of the assessment centre.

The hiring process started with campus recruitment, then moved to an HR screening. After that, candidates went to an assessment centre with behavioural questions and group discussion exercises. The last step was an interview with a partner. Overall, the process was simple, well-organized, and went smoothly from beginning to end.

La entrevista consistió primero en 5 test enviados por mail (numérico, lógica, comprensión, agilidad e inglés), después una llamada donde se explicaba un poco sobre el puesto de trabajo (remuneración, cantidad de horas, esquema) y luego una entrevista grupal de aproximadamente 10 personas donde se hizo una actividad en grupo sobre un simulacro de empresa, después hay instancias de entrevistas individuales con varias personas del equipo.
