The interview process included a mix of behavioral questions and case-based concept discussions. They focused a lot on how I think through problems, my method for financial analysis, and how clearly I communicate my assumptions. The interviewer led me through a structured mini-case and asked follow-up questions to test my reasoning and adaptability. Overall, it came across as thorough, fast-paced, and technical, especially for an intern-level role.

J’ai eu trois tours d’entretien, avec notamment un cas technique de modélisation financière. Les entretiens étaient globalement bien équilibrés entre questions de fit et questions techniques. Pendant le process, j’ai pu échanger avec un analyst, un director et un partner, ce qui m’a donné une bonne vision de l’équipe et des attentes à différents niveaux.

Application was simple, then after an initial screening there was a first interview which was more 1-2-1, followed by a second round involving three employees. Standard questions, some technical questions, but nothing especially difficult.
