The interview process was terrible organised. First, there was an HR round which was general and easy. Then, there was an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager, which was high-level. This was followed by a skills set and personality test. The hiring manager did not show up for the interview on the scheduled day. The HR manager put the process on hold until after her holidays and then never responded, even after I completed the tests (which I passed comfortably). It left a terrible impression of EY. I wouldn't accept an offer even if one was made.

Interviews were tough. Expect 2 case studies, 1 fit interview, and 1 HR interview. Market sizing is crucial and will come up for sure. Don't shy away from making errors, but aim to identify them and suggest alternative strategies to the interviewer.

EY-Parthenon requires applicants to submit a CV and Cover Letter. Following this, they extend invitations for an online test. Based on performance in this test, candidates are selected for interviews. The description then details a perceived negative aspect of EY-Parthenon's process regarding rejections, noting a lack of communication or rejection letters, contrasting it with other firms. This is presented as a significant flaw in their hiring practice.
